settled in Fall River .
KANSAS , DAMAR
Francois Dessert and Celina Cauchon dit Lavalliere were married in 1872 at Dobie Wisconsin but later the
family moved to Kansas . Francois Dessert now spelled Desaire was the son of Narcisse Dessert and Rosalie Luneau who were
married in 1838 at Ste Melanie de Joliette Quebec .
MASSACHUSETTS , AMESBURY AND HAVERHILL
In 1910 we find the family of Alphonse Dessert and Alphonsine Gagne in Amesbury and then in Haverhill .
Alphonse died in 1907 . He was the son of Felix Dessert and Rose Delima Leclerc of St Guillaume d'Upton Quebec .
For awhile his brother Antoine lived in Amesbury before moving to New Bedford MA .

Angele de Nicolet in 1872 came to Fall River . In 1900 Louis married Melanie's sister Marie Lanneville in Fall River .
Jean Baptiste Dessert married Diane Hetu in 1896 in Fall River . He was
the son of Calixte Dessert and Angele Gregoire married in 1865 at St David d'Yamaska Quebec .

Ambroise Hormidas Dessert and Marie Delima Caille were married in 1895 at St Liguori de Montcalm Quebec
. He was the son of Pierre Dessert and Emerentienne Sicard married in 1856 at Maskinonge .

married Philomene Bouchard in 1899 at Notre Dame Fall River . Later they moved to New Bedford MA. Wilfred married Marie McMahon
in 1905 in Amesbury and later moved to New Bedford .

George Dessert married Rosanna Gaucher in Worcester in 1896 . He was the son of Pierre and Alphonsine
Chevrier of the Ogdensburg NY family .
MICHIGAN , DETROIT
Nelson Dessert immigrated to Detroit . He was the son of Pierre Dessert and Alphonsine Chevrier of
the Ogdensburg NY family .
Peter Dessert , Nelson's brother also settled in Detroit . He married Marguerite James in 1881 at Ogdensburg

1860 at Notre Dame Ogdensburg . His brother Joseph married Emelie Menard in 1865 at Notre Dame .Theodore Dessert was the son
of Esther Gauthier . He married Marie Primeau in 1880 at Notre Dame .
Desire "Dennis' Dessert , the son of Pierre and Esther Gauthier , married Helen Larue
in 1877 at Notre Dame Ogdensburg NY.

Michel Dessert married Denise Forcier and settled in the Troy area . He was the son of Michel and Euphrosine
Girard of St Guillaume d'Upton . In 1870 and 1880 Michel called Mitchell and his family are at Green Island NY
Michel's brother Thomas also lived in the Albany area. He later moved to Manhattan . He married Elizabeth
McAndrew around 1855 . This family is represented now by the descendants of their son Alexander Edward who married Mary
Elizabeth Weller in 1889 at St John's Catholic Church in Manhattan .

. They were married in 1899 at St David d'Yamaska Quebec .

Russell Ontario and had fifteen known children . After Angeline died , Mazenod married Ernestine L'Heureux after he immigrated
to Detroit where his cousins from Ogdensburg New York already settled .
